Dairy Road Precinct is home to a diverse neighbourhood - naturopathy and aromatherapy, ayurveda massage, printers, brewers, distillers, roasters, cafes, places to eat, art and culture, indoor recreation and commercial producers.
Dairy Road Precinct is a stones throw from the Jerrabombra Wetlands Nature Reserve which is part of the Molonglo River, a beautiful and quiet place to stroll after visiting Pause You Counselling.

How to find Pause You?
From Dairy Road take the first entrance. Drive through the roundabout taking the second exit. Turn right following the sign to park at parking area P3.
Enter building 3.3 near Canberra Flow Yoga. Pause You Counselling operates within the therapy rooms at Nourish & Breathe (the second Nourish & Breathe entrance). Please take a seat and I will be with you shortly.
