The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is designed to support individuals with disabilities by providing funding for necessary services and support to improve their quality of life. This section provides detailed information on how NDIS participants, including self-managed and plan-managed clients, can access our counselling services, manage payments, and apply for the NDIS.

NDIS Management Types: Self-Managed and Plan-Managed

Self-Managed Clients: If you are a self-managed client, you have direct control over your NDIS funds. You are responsible for managing your budget, making payments to service providers, and keeping records of your expenses. To access our counseling services, you will receive invoices after each session, which you will need to pay directly. You can then claim reimbursement from the NDIS portal using the invoice provided.

Plan-Managed Clients: If your plan is managed by a plan manager, they handle the financial administration on your behalf. In this case, you will not need to handle payments directly. After each counselling session, we will send the invoice to your plan manager, who will process the payment using your NDIS funds.
